Adam is a proud Pittsburgh native and a 4th year Ph.D. student in the mechanical engineering department (co-advised by Professor Philip LeDuc). Adam earned his B.S. and M.S in mechanical engineering at the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, respectively. His research focuses on utilizing specialized plant materials and waste materials as the main component in various desalination technologies. In his spare time, Adam enjoys fishing with his friends and playing sports.
